Terms and Conditions

• Bookings made online do not have an option for offline cancellation.
• Only cashless payments can be made at Kalyani Motors.
• It will take up to 25 - 30 days to refund the amount. For online bookings, the amount will be refunded by the same mode of payment made.
• Refunds are directly credited to the issuer's bank account. If the funds have not been credited, it is advised to bring it to the notice of the issuing bank to resolve the issue.
• Customers are not allowed to make any changes or modifications to any models after the booking has been made online.
• Any changes or modifications that need to be done can only be made by canceling the existing booking, and a fresh booking needs to be done.
