10.2. Cancellation requests must be made within the timeframe specified for each service. Users may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties as outlined in the terms of the booked service.

11. Refund

11.1. Refunds for cancelled services will be processed manually by Kalyani Motors upon verification of the user's identity and proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation.

11.2. Refunds will not be processed through the mobile app. Users must contact their respective relationship manager assigned by Kalyani Motors to initiate the refund process.

11.3. Users requesting a refund must provide valid identification and any additional documentation required by Kalyani Motors to verify their identity and eligibility for a refund.

11.4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise specified by Kalyani Motors.

11.5. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution, and Kalyani Motors shall not be liable for any delays in refund processing.

11.6. Kalyani Motors reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with the terms and conditions of the booked service or this refund policy.
